Efficient internet time management aid This is the second time manager I've tried on my computers and it's a lot better than Time Boss. KidsWatch is relatively easy to use and it seems to be reliable. Too much Although the program looks impressive, it turned out to do much more than I needed. What I needed was a way to limit the amount of time my children and wife spend on the Internet per month, as I get a fixed number of hours a month free. I have split this amongst all the family members. KidsWatch was not a suitable solution because:a) It does not allow me to specify the limit per month, only per day or week.b) It us somewhat diffcult to use and set up for something this simple.

Does not differentiate network usage The application is almost everything I need in a usage / monitoring tool. However, the main problem is that it cannot differentiate between internet related activities (i.e. browsing, chat, ftp, etc.) and intranet related activities (i.e. network file sharing, network printing, etc.). There are also services associated with applications such as Antivirus and email that poll internet servers for updates. These activities also need to be excluded from internet usage since they are computer generated not user generated. I cannot use a product that counts the time the computer is connected to the intranet.

So far I haven't had any problems. You do need to lock access each time you close the internet, I would like it to lock each time I close the program. It's simple and serves the purpose. I want to limit employee access to the internet on work hours.

I installed these on the two computers at my work to prevent internet use by employees. I used the same password for each, and had practiced locking and unlocking each computer several times before I left for the day. With 28 days left in the trial, the password on one computer (the one on which I installed Internet Password Lock first) was suddenly invalid... The only way I can hope to unlock it is to pay the $20. Seems like a scam to me. I immediately uninstalled it on the other computer in case that one suddenly locked as well.

Cool soft for parents I try to tell my 15 year old not to spend all day on his email account but you know how they are. I decided to use ez internet timer and it works perfectly. I scheduled to turn it off when I want it to and now I am relieved.

Detected as threat by AVG AVG Antivirus detects it as a threat while installing on Vista. Cancelled the install at that point.

inaccurate sounds I think this program has the capability of being an excellent teaching tool to introduce composition to young and even very young students. I do have a couple of concerns, however. One concern is that most of the "instrument" sounds do not match the instrument. As a music educator, I find it vitally important that especially my young children be acquainted with good tones and sounds and voices. This helps make them better musicians and singers.
